Bury hill trip with Robyn

Trip to bury hill (late!!) this afternoon ......bit of a 'tricky' drive down there with more than 1 wrong turning and a trip round most of arundel.
Some nice finds though.....



This is a pair of 7 spot ladybirds.....the markings can be very varied.


This robber fly has caught a marmalade hover fly, it will now suck it dry...poor hover

Thia small crab spider has a red mite


Tachnid flies lay eggs in the catterpillas's  of  butterflies and moths
This beauty is Phasia heieptera


This is Tachina fera , a large and common tachnid fly
